Gardens and pool surrounds at a waterfront residential community
Residents and visitors arrive along a palm-lined avenue, and the pool terrace is framed by tropical beds of palms, bromeliads and bird of paradise. Planting like this only looks effortless when it is maintained often and precisely: spent fronds removed, beds weeded and mulched, and edges kept sharp where garden meets paving.
Grand Mariner has been with us since 2019. The same monthly schedule and the same crew mean the grounds hold their standard between visits.

Pool surrounds
Terrace beds kept dense and tidy, with debris cleared away from the water and the paths around it.
Palms
Removal of spent fronds and seed heads so palms along the avenue and pool stay clean and safe underneath.
Entry & avenue
The entry and palm avenue presented for the first impression, including lawns and bed edges along the drive.
Tropical garden beds
Weeding, pruning and mulching of bromeliads, bird of paradise and understorey planting.
Lawns
Mowing and edging across lawns and open areas, scheduled around resident use.
Paths & common areas
Garden paths cleared of growth and green waste so they stay safe and easy to walk.

Safety first near the pool.
Maintaining gardens beside a pool that residents are using is a safety question as much as a horticultural one. Our crews work to safe work method statements for the tasks involved, keep clippings and debris out of the water, and leave paths clear as they go.
