our story
Part of Advance Plants, since 1982
Advance Landscapes is the landscape maintenance arm of Advance Plants, a family-owned South East Queensland business that has looked after commercial properties since 1982. Over four decades we have built our reputation the slow way: by keeping clients, often for many years.
We are one of very few businesses in the region that can look after both interior and exterior landscapes. Advance Plants maintains indoor plantscapes for offices, hotels and shopping centres, and Advance Landscapes applies the same standards outdoors, to shopping centres, body corporates, hotels and commercial sites.
Our head office is in Albion, Brisbane, and our Gold Coast team works from Molendinar. Advance Plants was independently certified as a Great Place to Work for 2024–2025, and the people who look after your site are our own employees, not a rotating pool of subcontractors.

Common questions
Which areas do you service?
Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Our teams are based in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
What types of sites do you maintain?
Commercial grounds: body corporate and strata complexes, shopping centres, hotels and resorts, and commercial and healthcare properties. Our focus is commercial and multi-residential grounds rather than private homes.
How are contracts structured?
Multi-year contracts on a monthly maintenance schedule. The scope and frequency are agreed up front, and additional works are quoted separately.
Are you insured and prequalified?
Yes. We are Cm3 prequalified and hold $20 million public liability and workers’ compensation cover. Certificates of currency are available on request.
Can you look after our indoor plants too?
Yes. We are part of Advance Plants, which also provides indoor plant hire and maintenance, so one business can look after your greenery inside and out.
