Local by design
We back a small number of organisations over long periods, and where support can become a trading relationship, we build one.
More than $1.2 million spent locally
Spent with 113 local suppliers across South East Queensland in FY26. Local suppliers made up 86 per cent of addressable spend.
HELP Nursery
A not-for-profit providing employment for people with disability. Wherever possible we buy our plants through HELP, giving them recurring revenue rather than a one-off donation.
First Nations suppliers
Sun protection for our field teams comes from Yulay, a First Nations owned business. Office supplies come from Yarn’n, which directs half its profits to Yalari.
reconciliation
The beginning of the learning, not the end of it.
Acknowledgement of Country. In the spirit of reconciliation, we respect the Elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge that our offices are on the traditional lands of the Turrbal and Yuggera peoples in Brisbane, and the Kombumerri people within the lands of the Yugambeh language group on the Gold Coast. The grounds our teams maintain across South East Queensland are on land Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have cared for over thousands of generations.
Since 2020 we have supported Yalari, which provides scholarships for First Nations children from regional and remote communities to attend some of Australia’s leading schools. We are also developing our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan with Reconciliation Australia.

- Women hold 67 per cent of senior leadership roles across the business, as at 30 June 2026.
- 44 per cent of our team was born overseas, across thirteen cultural backgrounds.
- Permanent employment wherever we can, with flexible hours and pay reviewed every year.
