Allisee sits on the water at Hollywell on the Gold Coast, with the marina as its backdrop. The grounds combine open lawns, tropical and flowering garden beds, formal hedging, mature trees and garden paths with bench seating. For residents they are part of home, and for owners they are part of what the property is worth.
We have maintained Allisee since 2009. The body corporate recently re-awarded the contract, which after seventeen years says more about the work than anything we could write here.

What we look after
Lawns
Ride-on and push mowing, edging and turf care across the waterfront lawns and common areas.
Hedging & shaping
Formal hedges and shaped shrubs kept tight and even, including tall hedges trimmed with pole hedgers.
Garden beds
Weeding, pruning and mulching of tropical and flowering beds, from bird of paradise and bougainvillea to cycads.
Trees & feature plants
Pruning of mature trees and feature plants to keep paths, views and building edges clear.
Paths & seating areas
Garden paths and bench areas kept swept, edged and free of overhanging growth.
Site presentation
Green waste removed on every visit, so the grounds are left the way residents expect to find them.

A committee answers to owners.
When the grounds look tired, the committee hears about it first. That is why the work runs on a monthly schedule agreed at the start of the contract, so the committee and building manager know what is being done and when, and can hold us to it.
Allisee is looked after by our Gold Coast team, led by Damion Shaw, who has been with Advance for 30 years. The building manager has a direct line to the team, and we are contactable 24/7 when something cannot wait.
