Choosing a contractor is a liability decision.
For a centre manager, a facilities team or a body corporate committee, the contractor on site carries part of your risk. If something goes wrong, the first questions will be whether they were prequalified, insured, inducted and working to a documented method. We make sure the answer to each of those is yes, and that you can see the evidence.

What we can show you
Cm3 prequalified
Independent contractor safety prequalification (Cm3 ID 2074), assessed across WHS documentation, powered mobile plant including elevated work platforms, work with fall risks and hazardous manual tasks. It is required to work on large commercial sites such as Westfield shopping centres.
Insured
$20 million public liability and workers’ compensation cover. Certificates of currency are available on request for your contractor register.
WHS system & SWMS
A documented WHS policy and system, with safe work method statements for the high-risk tasks our crews carry out. Every employee can access them through our staff intranet and learning platform.
Toolbox talks
Regular toolbox talks keep hazards, incidents and site-specific risks in front of the people doing the work, not just in a manual.
Inductions & incidents
We complete your site induction and work to your site rules. Incidents and near misses are reported and followed up, and we are contactable 24/7 for emergencies.
Qualified people
Qualified horticulturists on the team, team members licensed to operate elevated work platforms, and training tracked for every employee.

Safer for the public, too
Most of the sites we maintain stay open while we work. Crews keep paths and entries clear, separate work zones from the public where the task requires it, and remove green waste before it becomes a trip hazard.
Battery-powered tools have progressively replaced petrol equipment across our operation. Beside shopfronts, cafés and apartment balconies that means less noise, no exhaust fumes, and less fuel handled on site.
Maintenance is delivered by our own employed crews. The only work we may subcontract is specialist irrigation and arborist work, and those contractors work under our management.
